New customers applying for a trade account:

1. Download the institutional account application pack (click on the link below) 
2. Complete the application forms and fax them back to us at: 08700 27 69 90. You can also post them to us at: Eupac Ltd, Unit 9, Windsor Park Industrial Estate, 50 Windsor Avenue, London, SW19 2TJ.
3. Once we receive your application, we will endeavour to process it within 24 hours. Once it is processed, you will receive an email of notification. 
4. You can then login to your account, to see your trade-only prices. Trade-only prices will be displayed automatically once you have logged in.
5. One of our sales advisors will also give you a call to follow up.

Existing trade customers applying for a credit account:

1. Download the trade credit account application pack (click on the link below) 
2. Complete the application forms and provide the following required documents:
   1. Credit account application form (filled and signed)
   2. Institutional letterhead
   3. Proof of institutional address (one current utility bill or bank/credit card statement)
3. Fax all required documents back to us at: 08700 27 69 90. You can also post them to us at:

4. Once we receive your application, we will endeavour to process it within 24 hours. After it is processed, you will be advised whether your application has been successful and if so, confirmation of our approved credit limit will be provided.
