The VoiceSmart IP Phone System comes with powerful and features rich soft phones which can work in conjunction with USB phones or wired/wireless headsets.  The soft phone can also function as an operator console for convenient call management.

  • Core Call Features: the soft client includes transfer, forwarding, Do Not Disturb, Hold, Conference Calls, and Speaker Phone, etc

  • User Friendly Screen: the system provides several styles of display.  Users can conveniently view status of each extension. This is an especially convenient feature for company operators. Users can also conveniently view the status of each PSTN or VoIP lines.

  • Easy recording and playback: the system offers free voice mail box, allows easy recording of individual/system greetings and enables easy playback of voice message.

  • Remote Login: the system allows remote workers or branch office staff to be connected to the main office telephone system as if they work at the same location. The system allow free calls between branches via the Internet.
     

  • Contact List/Address Book: Contact lists can be imported to the system. Users can make calls directly from the contact list.




  • Outlook Integration and Screen Click and Dial: You can dial directly from your Microsoft Outlook Addressbook by simply right clicking any Outlook contact. New contacts can be automatically generated in Outlook.




    •  Detailed Call Logs: the system provides detailed call reports for all incoming and outgoing calls.

    • Presence Status and Instant Messaging: Users can view live status of each extension.  Users can also send instant messages in case the other party is busy.



    •  Message History: the software Client provides detailed records of message history for easy tracking.

    • Task Management: the software also comes with a task management feature, allowing users to manage their daily tasks conveniently.
